Farm ministers reject EU ban on illegal timber

Member states are set for a confrontation with MEPs after rejecting their call for an EU ban on illegal timber. Instead farm ministers meeting in Brussels on Tuesday backed a European Commission proposal requiring traders to set up "due diligence systems".
