Brussels ends Polish carbon allocation plan saga

After much legal wrestling between Warsaw and Brussels, the EU executive has backed Poland's revised National Allocation Plan (NAP) for the 2008-12 period of the EU's emissions trading scheme (ETS), following its adoption by the Polish government in April.
