CO2 from vans could be cut by 16%, says study
Downsizing van engines to their 1997 power levels could reduce their CO2 emissions by up to 16%, according to a study published on Monday. By comparison, the European Commission's proposed 175 grams per kilometre limit represents a 14% cut.
