Germany's largest state plans binding CO2 target

The new Social Democrats (SPD) and Green Party coalition in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany's most populous state, plans to adopt a binding CO2 reduction target of up to 95% by 2050. The coalition took power on Wednesday.
