China lashes out at EU plan to ban HFC-23 credits

The Chinese government has issued a paper attacking European Commission plans to ban CO2 credits from projects aimed at cutting HFC-23 and nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions from adipic acid production under the EU's carbon trading scheme (ETS).
