Talks on binding forest deal to begin this year

Ministers from 46 countries including EU member states, Russia, Turkey and Norway have agreed to begin negotiations on a legally binding forest agreement. In the EU, the UK, Sweden and the Netherlands have shown reluctance regarding this deal.
