Hungary 'should focus on CO2 cuts outside ETS'

The International Energy Agency (IEA) has advised Hungary to focus on reducing CO2 emissions in sectors outside the EU's emissions trading scheme (ETS) such as transport and buildings. These sectors emit two-thirds of the country's emissions.
