Spain's renewables freeze 'should stay in place'

Spain's moratorium on subsidies for new renewable energy projects should remain until at least 2017 to help cut electricity costs, the country's energy regulator has said. Madrid is seeking to eliminate a €21.8bn deficit that has built up in recent years.
