Chemicals agency consults on new REACH ban

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) is consulting on a Danish plan to restrict levels of chromium VI in leather goods. Denmark wants to limit levels in products that have prolonged or repeated contact with the skin to three milligrams per kilogram.
