Developed countries propose cutting HFCs by 85% by 2036

A group of developed countries, including the EU, the US and Australia, have proposed reducing their production and use of hydrofluorocarbons by 85% by 2036 at a meeting of the Montreal Protocol in Vienna at the weekend
