Conclusions of OECD ecotax conference out

Official conclusions of an international conference on ecological tax reform held in June in Berlin have been released by the OECD (EED 28/06/02). Experience has shown both the advantages and pitfalls of environmental taxation, says Flip de Kam of Groningen university, the Netherlands. Professor de Kam also sets out seven lessons for proponents of enlarging the tax basket to include green taxes. See meeting conclusions and full conference papers.
