EU ministers hold crunch Cap reform talks
European farm ministers meet in Luxembourg on Wednesday in an attempt to agree sweeping changes to the EU's farm support system. The Greek presidency is hoping to win political agreement on proposals to reform and "green" the common agriculture policy (Cap) issued by the European Commission in January (EED 22/01/03).
